SECTION 20 – GIFT CARDS, DISCOUNT CODE AND PRIZES
1. USE OF GIFT CARDS AND DISCOUNT CODE
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods provided by the web store www.neverwheelup.com. Eligible goods and services are subject to change in our sole discretion. Every GIFT CARD is eligible only ONE time, the customer shall contact us via email at the address info@.neverwheelup.com and send the gift card number listed on the coupon in order to receive a DISCOUNT CODE of the same value of the gift card. The discount code need to be entered on the dedicated window at check out and the full amount of the gift card will be deducted from the total amount of the order. In case the total amount of the order will exceed the value of the gift card the customer can pay the balance with the payment method listed on the web store www.neverwheelup.com (bank transfer, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal).
2.LIMITATIONS
Gift Card and discount codes can not be used with some specific product collections. Gift cards and discount codes can not be used on orders which already include BUNDLE deals.
Gift cards are valid for 2 months from the date of receipt, after this period of time gift cards are not valid anymore. Gift cards can not be exchanged in money and they can not be sold.
3.PRIZES
For promotional purposes we run competition in our web store, once the winner will be selected (the modality to select the winner is decided from time to time and it can change without any further notice) he will be contacted from the staff of the web store neverwheelup.com at the contact details the customer have provided at the time he placed the order and or subscription and he will have 14 days to redeem his prize. If no reply or any contact will be received within this period of time from the winner the prize will be cancelled and given to another customer who will be selected within the customers who have participated at the same promotional competition.
SECTION 22 – PRE-ORDERS
The indicated shipping date may be subject to change, the customer will be informed via email if this will happen.
If in the same order there are in-stock items and pre-order items, the order will be dispatched only when the pre-order items is ready for shipping.
To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders – one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
