DELIVERY TIME

All the orders are collected and prepared for delivery in the shortest time possible, normally within 2 working days  from the order confirmation email.

Deliveries all across Europe are carried out by DPD or DHL, depending on the country of destination the delivery can take from 2 to 5 working days (if the products are in the EU warehouse) starting from the day of receipt of the order confirmation email.

Items can be sent from China Warehouse. The fronts will be shipped via ocean freight, while the backs will be shipped via DPD or UPS. In this case the delivery times are from 45 to 60 days

PRE-ORDERS

The indicated shipping date may be subject to change, the customer will be informed via email if this will happen.

If in the same order there are in-stock items and pre-order items, the order will be dispatched only when the pre-order items is ready for shipping. 

To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders – one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

Once the parcel leave our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of the delivery on 17track website ( https://www.17track.net/en#nums ).

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL

In case the parcel arrive badly damaged it is possible to reject the delivery just following the procedure of return indicated by the courier and informing us via email at the address info@neverwheelup.com  .

Electric unicycle car after-sales terms

*LeaperKim is a total of 24 months warranty for the controller and motor, and 18 months for the battery pack.

*KingSong and Inmotion is a total of 12 months warranty for the controller and motor, and 12 months for the battery pack.

*Begode is a total of 24 months warranty for the controller and motor, and 6 months for the battery pack.

 

*This warranty IS NOT VALID FOR WHEELS PURCHASED SECOND HAND (USED) even if less than 2 years old from the original purchase date.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Buyers have the right to cancel any order for any reason within 3 days of receiving the package and the package is unopened, and get a full refund by bank transfer within 30 days.Product must be returned at buyer expenses in their original packaging and without any sign of usage at this address : 。。。。。. Any sign of usage, modification or damage caused by misusage of the buyer will be considered failure to comply with our terms and conditions, therefore canceling any right for refund.

RETURNS

It is responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods once they are delivered and to report via email at the address info@neverwheelup.com if any product have been damaged during transport or shows clear manufacturing fails within 3 days from the delivery date. Failure to comply with these terms will be considered a confirmation that the buyer have accepted the products.
